Sync Failed - Could not connect to Daylite Helper
After updating to Daylite 6.6.3 Daylite reports that Daylite Could not connect to Daylite Helper.
You may also see a message from the sync error indicator that Daylite Helper is not running or might not be avilable.
To resolve this issue follow the steps below:
- Open Daylite
- From the menu bar choose Daylite > Preferences and click General
- Unselect the checkbox labelled "Sync in the background"
- Quit Daylite
Perform steps 1 and 2 again and this time select the checkbox labelled "Sync in the background.
