Setting Primary Email Addresses
When entering multiple email addresses for a person or company, you can choose the "Primary". Daylite uses the primary email address when you're using email shortcuts to send emails or adding email details to merged letters in Daylite.
- Select the Person > click edit (located at the bottom of their profile)
- Hover your cursor over the Email Address field, and you will notice "..." appear on the right side
- Click on the "..." field, then click on the drop-down arrow that appears next to the Note field
Select 'Set as Primary'
- This will move that Email Address to the top of your list and become the primary email address for that person.
Select Done to save the changes.
